“The Attack on our Families and Freedoms:

a Report from the Frontlines”

Families and freedoms are under attack.

Things we used to take for granted are being taken away.

Students are told they violate the law when mentioning God at school,

Christian symbols are being dismantled and pastors sued in the daily barrage

of mistreatment aimed at the undermining of faith in America.

Elvie Kingston – President

Kelly Shackelford, President of the Liberty Legal Institute and
Free Market Foundation, will give an update on these battles and recent victories,
including numerous cases currently ongoing in Texas

Kelly will also update us on others we know are coming--
a new law expected against all employers nationwide on homosexuality and “transgenderism,”
a federal hate crimes law which may be used against pastors,
and the re-imposition of the "Fairness Doctrine"
which would require Christian broadcasters to air anti-Christian views and
conservative talk shows to give liberals half of their time.

As an expert in constitutional law, Mr. Shackelford has argued before the U.S. Supreme Court and

Texas Supreme Court in addition to serving as co-counsel in numerous other U.S. Supreme Court cases.

Shackelford has been an advisor to the White House Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives.

Last year alone, he won two landmark religious liberty cases at the Texas Supreme Court.
