Texas Tea Party Republican Women presenting   Congressman Ted Poe  District 2  "It Ain’t Easy in Washington, Folks"       Imagine being in our nation’s capital since last November: “Madam Speaker” Pelosi (shudder), health care, Cap & Trade, border issues, taxes, bailouts, stimulus programs….. it boggles the mind.   We always love having the congressman come and speak! As a matter of homeland security, enforcing our immigration laws remains a top priority.              Before serving the 2nd Congressional District, Congressman Poe was a prosecutor and judge for 30 years in Houston , Texas .    Judge Poe was known for his creative sentencing of criminals and hard-nosed approach to enforcing the law.    For more info and to watch some of the Congressman’s speeches go to: http://poe.house.gov/It’s worth the click.
